The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences. Duties Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all orders are correct before serving to guests. maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to relay any special requests or modifications from guests. Support the team during busy service periods by helping with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed. Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling procedures. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with customer service and restuarant dining operations is a plus. Ability to operate POS Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling safety standards. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
