- Transport food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and efficiently
- Ensure all food items are presented correctly and according to the order
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery
- Assist in bussing and resetting tables as needed
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer inquiries or requests promptly Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or related industry preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar Point of Sale systems is a plus
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes is advantageous
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Culinary background or training is a bonus
