Server Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Handle food safety and sanitation standards diligently during food handling, preparation, and serving Assist with food prep, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Experience Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food industry standards including basic math for cash handling and billing purposes Hostess/Cashier Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Answer incoming phone calls with courteous phone etiquette, assisting with inquiries and reservations Maintain waitlists and communicate wait times effectively to guests Process guest payments accurately at the cashier station, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth flow of service and guest satisfaction
