Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales records Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with bussing tables, refilling supplies, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating and reservations effectively Skills Proven experience in food and beverage service within a restaurant or nightclub environment Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items including spirits, wine, cocktails, and food offerings Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience with cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, and beverage presentation techniques Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Bar Server where your passion for hospitality meets the thrill of creating unforgettable moments.
