Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create memorable moments for our guests. Whether you're guiding guests through our menu or managing multiple tables with efficiency, your enthusiasm will shine through every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and assisting with food preparation when needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly. Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements for maximum guest flow. Provide exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs, addressing concerns proactively, and creating a welcoming environment in both fine dining settings and lively nightlife venues such as nightclubs. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills. Experience in upselling beverages or menu items to enhance guest experiences is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality, guest relations, and food industry standards. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Prior host/hostess experience or serving background that showcases excellent communication skills is desirable. Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and order processing are essential.
