Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring quick and efficient processing Prepare and assemble food items according to safety standards and quality guidelines Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables and food prep stations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, preferably in quick service or fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to deliver outstanding service in a lively setting where your culinary talents and customer-focused approach will make a real difference!
