Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, takes their orders, and ensures every visit is memorable. Your energy, attentiveness, and passion for hospitality will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Whether in a bustling restaurant, fine dining setting, or lively nightclub, your role is key to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to create a welcoming environment Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct entry Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments with POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems Strong knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule Previous experience in serving roles such as host/hostess or bussing is advantageous Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, and ready to make every guest's experience extraordinary!
