Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to food safety standards. Support in food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or garnishing under supervision. Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes, or supplies using safe lifting practices. Maintain cleanliness by performing regular cleaning duties in the dining area, including wiping surfaces and sanitizing utensils. Use POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required, supporting seamless guest service. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments with a focus on guest satisfaction. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices. Experience with food running, serving, or in-person customer service roles. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management. Experience working in banquet settings or large-scale events is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
