Reports To:
Food & Beverage Manager; Food & Beverage Director.
Job Summary:
Sets dining areas, and serves beverages and food to club members and guests according to Country Club of Roswell rules of etiquette. Performs various duties to ensure excellent service and proper operating procedure of the Club.
Job Types:
Part-time.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00.
Special Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in a "full-service dining" environment. Must be fluent in English, both verbal & written. Must be able to wait on minimally 12 people at one time. Must be able to carry a tray in one hand, 6 beverages on a cocktail tray, and be able to serve beverages with the other hand. Must be able to carry a tray weighing approximately 30 pounds. Must have an outgoing and friendly personality and willingness to be patient and courteous with members/guests and other co-workers.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for 6-8 hours. Be able to tolerate hot and cold conditions on the service line. Must be able to kneel down, bend over and stand up many times during a shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and Holidays. Must be able to work banquet shifts as needed.
