This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Follow all food safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe dining experience. Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events or special occasions. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience as a dietary aide, bartender, or in fine dining is a plus.
