Support servers by delivering food promptly from the kitchen to tables, maintaining food safety standards and presentation quality. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Assist with guest services by answering phone inquiries, managing reservations over the phone with proper phone etiquette, and providing information about menu items or restaurant policies. Maintain organizational skills to keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
