Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will provide outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your energy, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will create memorable moments for our guests. Whether working in a bustling restaurant or a sophisticated fine dining setting, your enthusiasm and professionalism will shine through in every interaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest needs throughout their visit, addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or beverage options with expertise Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and provide correct change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain sanitation standards by following food safety protocols, proper food handling practices, and ensuring cleanliness of tables and service areas Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; fine dining is a plus Familiarity with POS systems ,OpenTable experience is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cashiering duties and accurate order processing Experience in serving or host/hostess roles within the food industry is highly desirable Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working flexible hours including evenings and weekends Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality where your passion for food and guest relations makes every dining experience unforgettable!
