Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a key member of our food service staff, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your role will involve taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, including managing reservations through OpenTable or similar systems. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations and order processing. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement. Prior experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or cashiering is highly desirable.
