Join our vibrant hospitality team as a PM Cocktail Server, where you will be the face of an energetic nightlife and dining experience. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by providing expertly crafted cocktails and attentive hospitality in a lively, upscale environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate drink orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently Serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and small plates with precision and flair Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and seamless service flow Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling procedures Previous experience in cocktail serving is highly desirable Exceptional time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service Hospitality background with experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
