404 Celsius 404 Celsius Full Time, Part Time Senoia, GA Posted 7 months ago Job Brief & Preview The main responsibility of a Food Runner is to aid the wait staff with all dining maintenance tasks, including bringing food to table, refilling glasses, clean up and restocking of glassware and supplies. Responsibilities Delivers food and beverage in a professional manner according to guests needs Ensure proper plate quality before food items are delivered to guest Communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to any special needs i.e. food allergies Maintain an organized work area and proactively cleaning and restocking outside expo Knowledgeable of restaurant and bar table and seating numbers Great attention to detail skills Proper disposal of broken glassware Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance to local health regulations Anticipates and responds to Guests in a friendly and positive manner Assists with Guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive Guest experiences. Constant working knowledge of the 404 Celsius brand, product and policies and procedures. Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers. Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned. Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred. Skills Strong verbal communication skills Avid multitasker to adapt to a fast paced, high volume restaurant setting Working Conditions Be able to stand, twist, kneel and move around for the entirety of a scheduled shift Be able to lift up to 30lbs Be comfortable frequently using hands and wrists Education/Experience High school graduate or equivalent (preferred) Prior restaurant experience is a plus but not required Required Competencies, Qualifications & Physical Requirements Arrives to work on time, well groomed, in an immaculate uniform, and ready to work. Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude when interacting with fellow employees, management & guests. Understands and adheres to all safety, sanitation and administrative procedures. Able to effectively speak, read & write in English. Meets minimum age and permit requirements for serving alcohol. Possess the physical stamina to stand working for up to 10 hours. Able to move items up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 25 feet. Comfortable working in an environment that may experience significant temperature changes.
