Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Process cash and credit transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling Upsell menu items, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable to optimize seating flow Demonstrate excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food industry trends to educate guests and enhance their experience

Qualifications Must be 18 years or older with prior food service or restaurant experience preferred but not needed.
