The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy atmosphere. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Clover POS Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to ensure satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
