Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food cocktails and beverages, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Previous food service experience is preferred Duties Greet guests promptly and courteously, creating a welcoming atmosphere Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Process cash and card transactions efficiently, including handling cash register operations and making change as needed Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout shift Basic math skills are required for processing transactions and managing cash accurately Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to enhance customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately Experience with POS systems but training will be provided if necessary Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Strong teamwork skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Join our team as a Server if you enjoy engaging with people, providing excellent service, and working in a dynamic environment.
