Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food efficiently, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring proper sanitation throughout the restaurant. Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the kitchen team with basic culinary duties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
