Lead Server / Shift Manager - Roberto's Deluxe Roberto's Deluxe is seeking a driven, hospitality-focused Lead Server / Shift Manager to join our team. We are a busy, high-end seafood restaurant committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, and we're looking for a strong leader who can help elevate our service team. This is an hourly position plus tips. This is a full-time position requiring open availability , including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and act as a floor manager when scheduled Train and onboard new servers to uphold Roberto's service standards Coach, mentor, and develop the service team Ensure consistency in guest experience and service execution Maintain strong communication between front and back of house Perform key holder duties, including opening and closing responsibilities Assist with light administrative tasks and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of full-service restaurant experience Proven leadership ability in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of service standards and guest engagement Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to remain composed and solutions-focused under pressure Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
