You should be organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure. Be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing. Take pride in personal appearance and show dedication to your job. Display integrity and honesty in all aspects of your employment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Support servers and team members to maintain a smooth, efficient dining experience. Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly and thoroughly between guests. Keep dining areas, service stations, and wait stations clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with setting up and restocking silverware, glassware, plates, and condiments throughout the shift. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware and service equipment. Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately using table position points. Assist with organizing and staging orders at the expo line to ensure timely food delivery. Help monitor and manage ticket flow to kitchen stations when needed. Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures. Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to support guest needs. Provide excellent service by anticipating guest requests and responding with a positive attitude. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
