Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of food and drink options Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, or desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Process sales transactions efficiently, handle cash and credit card payments accurately, and manage POS systems with ease Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Prior restaurant or food service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy shifts Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately Experience with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry trends is appreciated Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy makes a difference!
