Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and providing excellent service to our guests. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a welcoming environment for customers, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring correct order accuracy Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly Prepare and deliver bills to customers, and process payments accurately Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience Clean and set up tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Follow health and safety guidelines to provide a safe environment for staff and guests Handle any customer inquiries or special requests in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar serving role is preferred, but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our company.
