Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a keen understanding of food safety practices and attention to detail. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment. •Immediate hire only with extensive serving and/or bartending experience.• Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining attention to detail in presentation and quality. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas according to health and safety regulations to ensure cleanliness. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy service periods. Collaborate with support staff and management to ensure smooth service flow during peak times. Qualifications Previous experience in a fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards. Knowledge of Asian cuisine and alcoholic beverages, including wine, preferred. Familiarity with POS systems for order taking and cash register operations is advantageous. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all patrons. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed to enhance overall service quality.
