Pay Rate:

$14.75/hour + tips (dependent on shift & sales)

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, attentive, and exceptional service to guests and assist with menu selections and beverage recommendations Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items including rotating specials Ensure compliance with MBCR's Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and local liquor laws Support the FOH team by assisting with restaurant setup, cleanup, restocking, and breakdown Follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines.

Summary of Qualifications:

You have at least 3 years of experience as a server in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant You are knowledgeable about craft beer, cocktails, and food You are passionate about guest service and strive to create memorable experiences for all guests You get along great with others and know how to be a team player You have Monday availability, open availability preferred
