Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and reliable Part Time Ice Cream Server(s) to join our best in Maui store. What you will do Greet guests warmly and provide friendly customer service. Scoop ice cream for cups/cones. Create shaved ice, sundaes, shakes, smoothies and coffees. Help keep the store clean and stocked. Assist the team in daily closing. Hours and pay Currently we have openings on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, typically 5PM until close (approx 9:30-10 after closing responsibilities) All team members can trade and fill shifts for each other depending on schedules. We use the 7shifts app. $18 and up depending on experience We pay a commission for each item sold and each member collects tips. An average of all part time team members for 2026 so far have resulted in an extra $14.68 per hour in tips and commissions. Qualifications A min of 16 years old is preferred. No experience required, we will train you. Must be able to provide clear and friendly communication. Requires the ability to scoop, reach, bend, and stand during your shift to perform all of the regular job functions. Must be able to legally work in the United States and State of Hawaii Provide a Negative TB Test before your first day of work
