As a crucial part of our Food & Beverage Operations team, this role ensures an efficient dining flow and stellar guest experience by the poolside areas. Our Pool Food Runners are instrumental in maintaining an organized, smooth service by delivering food promptly while adhering to Marriott's high standards of service and hospitality. Responsibilities Prompt delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests at the poolside ensuring orders are correct, complete, and visually appealing. Maintain communication with the wait staff and kitchen personnel regarding guest orders and special requests. Assist in setting up and clearing poolside dining areas. Ensure timely reporting of any issues concerning food quality and/or guest satisfaction. Uphold the cleanliness and safety of all poolside areas, including compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with guests to ensure a satisfying dining experience and relay any preferences or concerns to the culinary and management teams.
