We provide culinary and hospitality staffing for private clients, corporate events, chefs, and special events throughout Hawaii. Our ideal team members are personable, hardworking, reliable, and comfortable providing high-quality service in a variety of event settings. Responsibilities Provide professional and friendly service to guests at private, corporate, and special events Set up and prepare event spaces before guests arrive Greet and assist guests throughout the event Serve food and beverages according to event and client expectations Clear plates, glasses, and other items throughout the event Maintain clean, organized, and presentable service areas Communicate effectively with event leads, chefs, coordinators, and other staff Follow event-specific instructions and service standards Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Provide excellent customer service and help create a memorable experience for every guest Attend required staff training sessions Qualifications Previous serving, catering, hospitality, or event experience is preferred but not required Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable working in different event environments Able to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team Able to remain professional and composed in busy environments Must have reliable transportation to assigned event locations Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to lift and carry items as required for event setup and service What We Offer Flexible event-based scheduling Competitive hourly pay Bonus referal after 2 events Opportunity to earn tips when applicable Opportunities to work a variety of private and corporate events Professional hospitality experience Ongoing training and development Opportunity to grow with a continuously expanding team
