Our banquet server positions offer a flexible schedule with many opportunities to make excellent tips. Heres what youd be responsible for:


Serving food and beverages in a prompt and professional manner. Assisting in the set up and tear down of banquet-related equipment such as tables and table settings. Maintaining a neat and clean atmosphere. Reading Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensuring all contract requirements are met prior to the start of the event. Being attentive and removing plates once guest is finished, refilling water glasses as needed, and addressing any other guest requests. Adhering to safety, sanitation, and alcohol control policies.



Performing other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous server experience a plus but not required. Excellent people skills required. Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Long periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and push a cart that weighs up to 150 lbs. Weekend, holiday, and varied hours may apply.
