Duties Operate cash registers using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision while maintaining balanced cash drawers at all times Greet guests warmly, take their orders, and manage food service customer order processes with professionalism and speed Deliver food orders from the kitchen to tables or designated pickup areas quickly and safely, ensuring food safety standards are maintained Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including basic assembly or garnishing of dishes to support kitchen staff Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing counters, utensils, and equipment regularly in compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines Upsell menu items by recommending specials or popular dishes to increase sales and enhance guest experience Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a positive dining atmosphere Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and assist with light food preparation when necessary Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy hours Restaurant or café experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us in delivering exceptional service while gaining valuable experience in the food industry.
