The Role As a Hostess/Server , you'll be one of the first faces our guests see. Your job is to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere, provide outstanding service, and help ensure every guest leaves excited to come back. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders, or keeping the dining room running smoothly, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude and positive energy. Keep dining area clean and ready for customers. Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system. Deliver food and drinks promptly while checking in to ensure guests have everything they need. Teamwork Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide efficient, seamless service. Jump in wherever needed to help the team during busy shifts. Help create a positive, respectful, and fun work environment. Dining Room Excellence Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift. Bus and reset tables quickly to maintain a welcoming restaurant. Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work. Safety & Cleanliness Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and help keep the restaurant spotless. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned to support daily restaurant operations and ensure the success of the team. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for serving others. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation & Growth Competitive Pay based on experience.
