Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, clear dishes, buss tables, and assist with food handling and sanitation procedures Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food safety protocols to answer guest questions confidently Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold quality standards Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for billing, and process payments securely Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or upscale environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in nightlife venues like nightclubs or busy hospitality settings is advantageous Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Background in hospitality or serving roles with a focus on guest relations and food industry standards Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a lively atmosphere!
