Job Description
Tin Roost is looking for Food Runners to join our team in North Liberty, IA! As a locally owned restaurant known for our scratch kitchen, spacious patio, and welcoming atmosphere, we're committed to providing great food, genuine hospitality, and memorable experiences for every guest. We're looking for positive, dependable team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and helping create an outstanding guest experience. Compensation for fully trained Food Runners starts at $8.10/hour plus tips, with tip payouts distributed the following morning.

Deliver food items quickly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure correct orders and timely delivery Assist with table maintenance, including resetting tables efficiently Support overall restaurant flow by assisting wherever needed Help maintain cleanliness standards, including guest areas and restrooms when necessary Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Support host responsibilities such as greeting guests, seating, and providing menus when needed Help manage waitlists and communicate wait times clearly and accurately Assist in organizing seating to maximize efficiency and guest flow Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and help manage to-go orders when needed Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Prior customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus Tin Roost is an Equal Opportunity Employer #hc262266Benefits
