Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments with precision Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation quality and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy periods Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming environment Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Strong culinary knowledge including cocktail mixing, spirits expertise, wine pairing, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and sales processing Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience with OpenTable reservations system is a plus for managing guest bookings smoothly Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
