Overview Join our vibrant team as a Server/Host and become the welcoming face of our dynamic restaurant. In this energetic role, you will create memorable dining experiences by providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and warmly, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment they arrive Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Clover Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and maintaining sanitation standards to uphold a clean dining environment Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and provide correct change while maintaining excellent guest relations Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as server, host/hostess, bartender, or busser is preferred Familiarity with POS systems including Clover, Toast or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests effectively Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and sanitation standards Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is a plus Previous experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality that keeps guests coming back!
