As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety standards. Pay is $12/hr plus a percentage based tip out. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner. Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete before delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bussing tables as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations. Help with food preparation tasks as required, adhering to food safety guidelines. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or special requests. Assist in setting up banquet events and ensuring all culinary needs are met. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Previous experience in food service or banquet settings is preferred but not required. A willingness to help and support colleagues during busy shifts.
