Job Title:
Host/Server Duties:
  • Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Seat guests and provide them with menus
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
  • Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience
  • Clear and reset tables for the next guest
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
