Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through their meal, ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. Your culinary knowledge and food industry experience will help you deliver prompt, attentive service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and communicate effectively with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to sanitation standards Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations to encourage repeat visits Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all sales Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including bussing tables and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Skills Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong culinary knowledge and food handling expertise in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising guest experience Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system is a plus Familiarity with fine dining standards, sanitation protocols, and food safety regulations Previous restaurant or food service experience in a nightclub or hospitality setting preferred Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a lively environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
