Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! In this lively role, you will deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards for fine dining or casual settings Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage table settings, clear dishes, bus tables, and assist with food handling and sanitation practices Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food allergies to inform guests effectively Support host/hostess duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations via OpenTable Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation, serving, and cleanup processes Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and change calculations accurately Experience with reservation management platforms like OpenTable is advantageous Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining a friendly demeanor Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
