Job Description
Qeqiit Restaurant and Yawinma Café are looking for individuals who possess friendly and patient personalities to ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. Servers will greet guests, guide guests to their table, provide menus, answer questions guests may have, take orders, and communicate with kitchen or bar staff. Our Servers must be able to make quick decisions and have great interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking skills while giving proper attention during guest visits to the restaurant and café. Job may assume other roles in the F&B Department. Server must be comfortable with flexible work schedules, and may work nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements Must be able to obtain valid Health Card and TIPS training within three (3) months' of hire. Three (3) months experience in customer service required. Prior restaurant, cash handling, waiter/waitress experience preferred. Must be 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages prepared by bartender. Must be willing to submit pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
