Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining proper beverage service standards Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions confidently Manage table settings, clear dishes, buss tables efficiently, and assist with food handling and sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety regulations Process cash and credit card payments accurately while handling cash transactions responsibly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a seamless dining experience Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such Toast POS for order entry and sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic service and culinary knowledge.
