Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and using a cash register
- Knowledge of food handling procedures
- Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
