Join Nitti Addison LLC as a Server and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Located in Addison, IL, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service in a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist with menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Positive attitude and a team player mentality. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois. Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
