POSITION SUMMARY

The mission of the Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners Association is to bring a superior level of service to the local community, ensuring that members and guests have a exceptional lake living experience that will not only encourage return visits, but generate excitement and, ultimately, increase pride in property ownership and property values. The Food & Beverage Team is the front line to deliver this experience, at The Cove Dining. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Culinary experience or background in food industry operations is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in sales techniques such as upselling and guest engagement Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Join us to deliver outstanding service that keeps guests coming back!
