- Server
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the
TOAST POS
system- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Skills:
- Experience using the
TOAST POS
system or similar point-of-sale software- Strong upselling skills to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices in a food service setting
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Familiarity with the food industry, including food preparation and safety standards
- Basic math skills for accurately handling payments and making change
