JOB TITLE
Server Assistant Related Titles:
Busser Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager;
Dining Room Supervisor Pay Rate:
$15 per hour Position Summary Sets and cleans dining room tables before, during and after food and beverage service and club events. Essential Job Functions Delivers and promotes prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees. Promotes customer service to members, guests and employees. Assists servers in their tasks. Serves water to guests upon being seated. Assists in carrying food trays to tray stands in dining rooms. Removes soiled dishes from tables and carry to kitchen dishwashing areas. Removes soiled linen from tables (when applicable) and replace with clean linens. Sets tables with silverware, glassware and plates as applicable. Cleans floors in dining rooms Stocks server stations as needed. Folds napkins as directed by supervisor. Wipes down tables and chairs before and after meals. Performs other dining room service duties as directed. Trains new staff members. The Club is open to serve its members on all major holidays excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day. All employees are expected to work on these holidays.

Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, and crouch; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
