As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, particularly in food preparation techniques.
