Approximately $23-$26/hour including tips About the Position Sushi Siam is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic Servers to join our team. Our servers currently average approximately $160 per day in tips after tip-out . For a typical two-shift day of approximately 9 hours, this works out to around $26-$27 per hour in total earnings , including the $9/hour base wage. Actual tips will vary depending on sales volume, shift, schedule, and individual performance. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive service from greeting through checkout Take food and beverage orders accurately Learn our sushi, Japanese, and Thai menu Enter orders correctly into the POS system Serve food and beverages promptly Check on guests and anticipate their needs Process cash and credit-card payments accurately Complete opening, closing, and assigned side work Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas Work closely with the kitchen, sushi bar, and other front-of-house staff What We're Looking For Previous serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person . We're looking for someone who is friendly and confident with customers, dependable and punctual, able to multitask during busy periods, and comfortable working as part of a team. Lunch, dinner, and weekend availability is especially valuable.
