Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! As a Server, you'll expertly manage food and beverage orders, provide detailed menu recommendations, and create memorable moments that keep guests coming back for more. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest engagement. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or specials. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld by following proper food handling, cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing personalized service to enhance the dining experience. Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to maintain smooth operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to accurately process transactions. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to engage guests effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with upselling techniques, including promoting specials or additional menu items to maximize sales. Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and processing payments accurately.
