Job Description
Process Server and Investigator Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Process Server and Investigator, where you will play a vital role in delivering legal documents and conducting investigations to support legal proceedings. Duties Serve a comprehensive range of legal documents including subpoenas, summons, complaints, eviction notices, restraining orders, child support papers, lien documents, foreclosure notices, injunctions, and divorce papers. Conduct private investigations as needed to locate individuals or gather pertinent information related to service attempts or case requirements. Qualifications Valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle for service delivery across various locations. Strong report writing skills with the ability to document service attempts clearly and professionally. Good people skills. Must be current or retired Law Enforcement Office (full or part time) or have a current Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card. Looking for servers in following areas: Chicago Northside, Chicago Suburbs (North, Northeast, West), Aurora,Naperville, Joliet and Kankakee Areas)
Pay:
